Reflexology allows me to stimulate areas and points on your feet, hands and ears, that relate to different parts of your body. This enhances physical well-being, restoring balance within your body.

Massage

I apply different types of massages, from Sports massage to Swedish massages. The goal is to relieve tension or pain in your body and make you feel better physically and mentally.

Colour Therapy

The 7 colours of the rainbow and all their shades relate to our energy centres and mental state. By applying colour in different ways, I influence the body’s inner vibrations and restore your energy.

They say that life is short, that time moves fast, that there is no rewind and no replay. When you see me kicking back (or kicking puddles) you see me living life to the fullest.
